opportunity to participate in this renounceable entitlement offer. The Offer enables existing
shareholders to support the Company’s growth strategy at an attractive price.
Green & Gold Minerals is well positioned to benefit from the powerful long-term market themes
supporting both copper and gold. Funds raised will advance the Company’s two principal value drivers:
continued exploration of the suite of compelling copper-silver-tin targets at the Herberton Conductor
Metals Project, with the objective of making a significant new resource discovery; and development
drilling and test work at Mt Wandoo, targeting the completion of preliminary mining studies and
discussions with development partners next year.”

Planned Drill Programs
GG1 plans to drill a number of high-conviction gold and copper targets across its northeast Queensland
portfolio, primarily comprising lower-risk extensions to known high-grade mineralisation defined by
drilling and historical sampling.
Figure 1: Green & Gold Minerals project location plan. 1Northeast Queensland Deposit Atlas DNRMQ
Herberton Conductor Metals (HCM)
Copper Hills
Drilling is planned to extend known mineralisation and investigate resource potential at the main lode
at Copper Hills where hole CHC003 recently returned a high-grade intercept of: 5m at 131 g/t Ag,
1.05% Cu, 205 g/t In, 0.37% Sn, 9.1% Zn, 1.1% Pb from 102m1.
This very high-grade mineralisation over 5m thickness compares favourably with other intersections in
the Herberton Mineral Field and is an attractive prospect for resource definition. All holes to date into
the Copper Hills main lode have returned significant results (Figure 2).
Drilling will target below the best intercepts returned from the July 2026 drill program.

Siberia-Mt Gossan
Initial drilling is planned at Siberia-Mt Gossan to test the 5km long Siberia lode in locations where
historic drill intercepts show thicker, copper rich intersections.
At the historic Siberia mine area, drilling will test down dip of historic holes:
➢ SPH15 which returned 8m at 2.59% Cu, 39 g/t Ag and 0.32% Sn, and
➢ SPH13 which returned 1m at 10.2% Sn2.
At the Mt Gossan area, drilling will test down dip of historic Siberia lode intercepts, drilling deeper to
test for further lode repeats and continuity of the Mt Gossan outcrop into unweathered rock.
Elizabeth Bluffs
Initial drilling at Elizabeth Bluffs will target below the historic workings, where sampling along an adit
across the mineralised zone returned 8.5m at 1.08% Cu and 0.44% Sn, with Ag, Au and In not
assayed3.
The Elizabeth Bluffs area is also highly prospective for Ag and Au. XRF rock chip sample analyses
returned significant Ag values of up to 684 g/t Ag in fresh rock3. Historic drill hole DDH01 located
570m from the historic Elizabeth Bluffs mine returned a significant gold intercept of 9m at 3.0 g/t Au,
0.1% Cu, 0.12% Sn and 6 g/t Ag3.
Green & Gold Minerals is targeting a standalone copper-silver-tin resource or group of resources at the
Herberton Conductor Metals Project.

Mt Wandoo
A drill program is scheduled to commence at Mt Wandoo in mid-September 2026, targeting resource
growth and increasing the number of ounces at conceptual open pit depth.
The drill program will include sampling for additional ore sorting and metallurgical recovery test work.
Based on earlier test-work, GG1 believes a high-grade ore sorter concentrate could be economically
transported significant distances for toll treatment, providing optionality to consider a range of potential
processing facilities. Project economics are expected to be driven primarily by gold recovery and
processing costs rather than concentrate transport costs.
Results from drilling and metallurgical test work will support mining studies and assess ore sorter
concentrate grades and tonnages, providing a basis for commercial discussions with mining
contractors, ore sorting providers and regional processing plants.
Numerous targets at Mt Wandoo remain untested or only partially tested, including sparsely drilled
strike extensions, high-grade shoots and isolated drill intersections outside the resource that currently
lack sufficient drilling density for resource estimation. Many of these targets lie within a conceptual pit
shell and represent opportunities for resource growth.
The upcoming drill program will target North Wandoo and Little Wandoo, where existing drill intercepts
remain outside the current resource model. Drilling will test up-dip extensions of mineralisation to
surface in several locations where it is exposed in outcrop but not currently included in the resource
model. At the southern extent of the resource model, drilling will target continuity beyond the existing
resource boundary where the southernmost drill line returned 19m at 2.9 g/t Au (WBR085) and 8m at
3.9 g/t Au (WBR084)4.

Figure 4: Wandoo gold deposit
The program will also test extensions to a high-grade shoot defined by intercepts of; 4m at 12.7 g/t Au
(MWRC-02)5 and 9m at 7.9 g/t Au (WBR077)4.
The current Mt Wandoo Mineral Resource Estimate occurs over 250m of strike within the broader
1.6km-long breccia complex within ML20381. Gold mineralisation is associated with the margins of a
multiphase porphyry intrusive complex and demonstrates a strong correlation with a 500m-long IP
chargeability anomaly that remains open to both the north and south beyond the limits of the existing
IP survey.
Sentinel
Recent drilling intersected four narrow mineralised zones in hole RDR004, including the highest gold
assay recorded at Sentinel to date of 3.0 g/t Au6. Sentinel displays a distinctive Au-Bi-Te geochemical
signature, with a notable absence of typical epithermal pathfinder metals, suggesting a genetic link to
the late-stage gold mineralising event recognised at the nearby Red Dome and Mungana deposits. At
Red Dome, Bi-Te associated stockwork gold mineralisation is known to overprint earlier mineralisation.
Drilling at Sentinel has intersected sheeted veins interpreted to potentially overlie a stockwork
overpressure zone, representing a priority exploration target. A follow-up diamond hole is planned to
further assess vein orientations and alteration patterns, with the aim of vectoring towards the source of
mineralisation.

About the Herberton Conductor Metals Project
Situated in a prolific historic mining area located
100km west of Cairns, QLD, the project lies within
the Cu-Ag-Sn-In metal zone, commodities
leveraged to growing demand from electrification
and AI data centres. The tenements are
unexplored in the modern era and have high
discovery potential.
The Company plans to emulate the success of
neighbouring explorers that have recently
delineated large resources from the prolific
mineral occurrences found across this region.
About the Chillagoe Gold Project:
The Chillagoe Gold Project is located 25km
northwest of Chillagoe in north Queensland
adjacent to the significant Red Dome and Mungana
gold deposits. The project contains an inferred
JORC Resource1 of 32,400oz Au and 387,000oz Ag
at 1.1g/t Au and 13 g/t Ag within granted mining
leases at Wandoo.
Recent drill results include 6m at 11.1 g/t Au and
281 g/t Ag, 9m at 7.9g/t Au and 51 g/t Ag and 19m
at 2.9 g/t Au. Drill results announcement: here
The Company has a dual focus of extending the
Wandoo resource in preparation for mining studies,
while exploring for new gold discoveries in the
Mungana porphyry cluster.
