The Company was incorporated on 21st January 2015 in Queensland as a proprietary company limited by shares. In 2015, The Company purchased three mining leases near Chillagoe in northern Queensland (The Wandoo Gold Project) and has since grown its exploration tenure holdings through tenement applications. The Company’s purpose is to grow shareholder value through resource discovery and development.  To meet this purpose the Company is focussed on gold exploration in northern Queensland.  Northern Queensland is known to host over 20 million ounces of gold in IRGS deposits including the Red Dome, Mt Leyshon and Kidston gold deposits. The Company's strategy is to explore for and rapidly define additional gold resources and if successful, develop a gold mining operation at its advanced flagship Wandoo Gold Project in the Chillagoe District of North Queensland. The Company also plans to test other key gold, fluorite, and rare earth element prospects with the aim of discovering and defining further mineral resources.  The company’s strategy is supported by favourable characteristics of its Wandoo Gold Project, record high gold prices and an experienced Board and management team with a demonstrated record of building companies.  Mt Wandoo boasts a shallow, Inferred Mineral Resource estimate of 0.7Mt at 1.1g/t gold for 25.3Koz of gold situated within existing mining leases and is located near the idle Mungana mill which last operated in 2023.

The Company's Australian Projects comprise of the Mt Wandoo Project, Dingo-Welcome Project, Red Dog Project and Yum Yum Project, Domino West Project, Clementine Project, Metal Ridge Project and Ded Dog Project with a total of seven exploration licences located in Queensland.
